Spain on the Menu: Pura Brasa B2B Showcase & Olive Oil Tasting
Pura Brasa will host a B2B showcase on 22 September, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., where Spanish importers will present their products to influential HORECA and retail professionals in a culinary networking format.
The programme includes a professional olive oil tasting led by a local taster educated in Spain and currently an olive oil producer in New Zealand. The session will introduce tasting techniques, sensory profiles, production methods, and culinary applications.
Pura Brasa will also provide a catering service with pinchos prepared using the participating importers’ products, offering practical ideas on how to use them and inspiration to incorporate them into everyday menus and retail assortments.
