Essensaciones Gastro-Boutique (Markthalle Glarus - Alte Post)
Essensaciones brings the essence of Spain and the emotions evoked by its products to Switzerland. Many of these carry a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO). As a direct importer, we offer a carefully selected range of meat, sausage specialities, cheese, oils, tinned goods and other delicacies, as well as products from our own production.
Our range is complemented by a wide selection of Spanish wines, making our gourmet boutique a place where our customers can not only discover and purchase our products, but also enjoy them on the spot in the form of tapas and other specialities.
As part of ‘Eat Spain Drink Spain’, discover in particular fresh meat (Iberico pork cheeks), La Mancha PDO saffron threads, extra virgin olive oil (blend) from Señorío de Relleu, ‘Dinamita’ rice from Molino Roca, as well as organic sobrasada, handcrafted in Mallorca, and the two red wines Schwarz Markt (Alicante PDO) and Schwarz Geld (Valencia PDO).
