Wine is at the heart of an exciting evening feast created by Sommelier Fergus O’ Halloran & Chef Martin O’Donnell at West restaurant on Sunday, October 10th, celebrating Spanish Wine Week in Ireland and as part of the hotel’s on-going wine dinner series.
