Nicky has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry and his knowledge and experience have earned him high acclaim throughout his career.
He has worked in restaurants in Spain and spent 6 years with Michelin starred chef Richard Corrigan in Bentley’s Restaurant in London. He also has opened several restaurants in London for various companies and on his return to Ireland, he was appointed Executive Chef for the Imperial Hotel in Cork.
