CHEF SEAMUS MULLEN BIO 


Seamus Mullen is an award-winning chef, cookbook author and health and wellness expert. He works directly with several leading brands in the food and hospitality industry to help align their products and services with his principles of wellness. Due to his autoimmune disease, he had to rethink his relationship with food, and this led to his first cookbook ‘Hero Food’, published in 2012. Later in 2017 he released his second cookbook “Real Food Heals: Eat to Feel Younger + Stronger Everyday. Seamus has opened several restaurants: Boqueria, one of his highly successful Spanish restaurants in the country, Tertulia in Manhattan, which garnered two stars from The New York Times, El Colmado, a Spanish tapas and wine bar at Gotham West Market, Sea Containers Restaurant and El Colmado Butchery. He was awarded “Chef of the Year” by Time Out New York, “Best Chef New York City” by New York Magazine and has been named a semi-finalist for Best Chef NYC by the James Beard Foundation 3 years in a row.
