Pago Aylés, Senda De Leñadores 2018 is the best organic red wine with importer of the Perswijn Wine Competition Spain 2021.
Pago Aylés, Senda De Leñadores 2018 is the best organic red wine with importer of the Perswijn Wine Competition Spain 2021.
It is a blend of Garnacha, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, which are harvested overnight. The fermentation is spontaneous and takes place in stainless steel; for the malolactic conversion and the maturation of ten months, the wine goes to French barriques of two years old. The result is a modern Spanish top wine, with beautiful fruit, spiciness, richness and the necessary reserve.
All winners and honourable mentions of the Perswijn Wine Competition Spain 2021 are described in the Perswijn supplement 'Wine Competition Spain 2021'. Click here for an overview of the winners (PDF)
