Rafael Palacios, As Sortes Val Do Bibei Godello 2019 is the best white wine of the Perswijn Wine Competition Spain 2021.
As Sortes is made from six top vineyards, aged fifty to sixty years, all set on steep slopes, around 700 meters above sea level. This results in a glass of white with a particularly intense character, depth and beautiful acids.
