In fact, Finca La Torre took home several awards, winning in the following categories: Gold, Best of Spain, Best Mono-Varietal and Best Organic.

In the Silver category, winners included Venta del Baron, El Empiedro, Carbonell Magna Oliva, Hojiblanca PDO Baena, Palacio de los Olivos, Prologo, and Knolive Epicure. The Bronze distinction went to Dominus Cosecha Temprana, Melgarejo Premium Picual, Maquiz and Hispasur Gold.

In October, the public will be able to sample the olive oils that participated in this year’s competition at a gourmet fair in Zurich, and consumers will choose their favorite one.
