- 14:00 - 15:00 hrs - Food seminar given by sommelier Alejandro Paadín, accompanied by Michelin star chefs Miguel Barrera and Ignacio Solana, who will talk about the nutritional and gastronomic benefits of several star products of Spanish gastronomy. In addition, the chefs will prepare different dishes with the selected ingredients to show us their culinary possibilities:

  • With Iberian products: bread and tomato.
  • With Extra Virgin Olive Oil: oranges and cocoa.
  • With cheese: eggplant and paprika.
  • With canned fish: chickpeas and pickled fish.
