Omar Allibhoy: Talented Spanish chef Omar Allibhoy is creating a buzz within the UK food scene and has much to celebrate. The founder of the critically acclaimed Tapas Revolution, he also published a hugely successful cookbook, also called Tapas Revolution, which became the fastest selling Spanish cookbook of 2013. In 2016, he released his second book Spanish Made Simple, a best-seller for consecutive weeks on Amazon. In 2023 Omar released his latest cookbook: Paella.


Adam Shaw: Adam Shaw is a Leiths trained chef, dad of 2 and founder of At Dad’s Table. He specialises in fun, positive pregnancy, weaning and family recipes. He is a regular industry speaker, has over 50,000 followers on Instagram and his debut cook book ‘How to Grow your Family’ is released in March 2022.Through his Instagram account At Dad’s Table, he’s produced hundreds of recipes for family food. Key to him is that food is healthy and that it tastes good, no matter who is sharing the meal.
