ICEX participates in Gulfood 2023 with a Spanish Pavilion composed of 110 companies. Exhibiting companies will be featured in halls, dedicated to specific trading sectors: Dairy (5), Fats and Oils (15), Beverage (8), Meat and Poultry (9) and World Food (73).
In addition, Spain´s pavilion will have a promotional space called Spanish EVOO Experience, featured in collaboration with Chef Iker Zapata.
This space will provide a permanent tasting and promotional area where exhibiting companies will be showcasing their products from Monday 20th to Thursday 23rd February; 11:30-15:30.

On a similar vein, a dedicated promotional and tasting space for non-alcoholic beverages has been curated in collaboration with Salmon Guru. It is named the Mocktail-Bar, and will showcase Spanish juices, sodas, herbs, syrups and other ingredients to create unique flavours.
The initiative will be running from Monday 20th to Thursday 23, from 12:30 to 16:30. It is worth noting that non-alcoholic beverages is a fast-growing industry in the Middle East region that deserves special attention.
