12:30 – 13:30 – First Wine Tasting. It will be conducted by Master of Wines, Jesús Díez.
14:00 – 15:00 hrs – Food Workshop. Master Alejandro Paadín will talk about different products of the Spanish Gastronomy, with special mention to products in the Exhibiton. Master Chef Ignacio Solana will prepare different dishes with the selected ingredients to show us their culinary possibilities:
