SPANISH FOOD & BEVERAGE OPEN DAY AUSTRALIA 2024

ICEX/Foods and Wines from Spain and the Economic and Trade Commission of Spain in Sydney is organising 'Spanish Food & Beverage Open Day Australia 2024. Embracing Spain's Gastronomic Spirit Down Under'. This event will feature a showcase and presentation with tastings of food specialties and wines representing high quality offerings from Spain. It is exclusively reserved for Australian food and beverage professionals across various distribution channels.

This Open Day aims to establish itself as the premier event in Australia for promoting Spanish food and beverage products. It will serve as a gathering point for Australian importers who currently feature Spanish products in their catalogues (as exhibitors), as well as for the Australian professional community including restaurants, sommeliers, specialised retailers and wholesalers, agents, and press.

The event will also support local importers of Spanish food, wines, and other beverages who seek to participate, thereby enhancing the sales of these products, while also including an educational component to promote knowledge and appreciation of Spanish products among attendees. During the event, there will be seminars and masterclasses on Spanish specialties.

Participation is open exclusively to Australian companies. Spanish companies can take part through their local importer, distributor, or legally established subsidiary.
