Walking Seminars:
During the Showroom, wine experts Alejandro Paadín and David Schwarzwälder as well as food expert Ager Urigüen will offer walking seminars in small groups. Visitors to the showroom can take part and visit the exhibitors' stands under expert guidance and taste the gourmet products and wines on display.

The speakers of the Walking Seminars:
Alejandro Padín is a sommelier, lecturer and wine and food journalist with extensive experience as an international taster. He has been connected to the hospitality industry through family ties from an early age. He coordinates and manages various major events and competitions such as the Extravaganza Wine Tasting in various metropolises around the world and the Ganymede sommelier competition. He is also a freelance journalist for various trade and lifestyle magazines and the author of several specialist books on wine and gastronomy.
Ager Urigüen is a restaurateur, consultant and lecturer. He was born in Bilbao in the Basque Country and was supposed to become a lawyer. During a language study trip to Dublin, he discovered his passion for cooking, which was to determine his life from then on. After working in various restaurants in the Basque Country, he opened Txokoa, one of the best tapas restaurants in Berlin. Today, Ager Urigüen works as a gastronomic consultant in numerous countries and as a lecturer at the Berlin Hotel Management School. He heads the project "Spanish Extravaganza at LaLiga", which combines football and Spanish cuisine in an inspiring way.
David Schwarzwälder, specialist journalist for Spanish wines: Spain expert David Schwarzwälder is on first-name terms with most Spanish vintners. He has written the standard work "Spain and its Wines" and writes as a freelance journalist for numerous wine media. He shares his knowledge as a lecturer at the German Wine and Sommelier School, the Geisenheim University of Applied Sciences and numerous hotel management schools. David Schwarzwälder lives and works in Salamanca, Spain, and Alsace, France.More information to follow.
