ICEX/ Foods and Wines from Spain in Italy are organising "Spagna Gourmet Milano", a presentation with a tasting of food specialities representative of the best quality Spanish offer, reserved for Italian commercial distribution and catering operators. After the last two events in virtual format, Monday 8 November 2021 will see a return to a presential event at The Westin Palace Hotel in Milan, Piazza della Repubblica 20, from 10:00 to 19:00.
Twenty Spanish companies will present and offer for tasting their specialities: jamón ibérico, various cured meats, fish preserves, cheeses, EVOO oils, saffron, prepared dishes, craft beers, vermouths...

8:00 – 9:00 Opening of the exhibition to exhibitors and preparation of tables.

9:00 – 10:00 Welcome speech by the Economic and Commercial Counsellor of Spain in Milan, Carmen Balsa.

10:00 – 19:00 Opening of the exhibition hall to trade visitors and product tasting.

12:00 – 13:00 Masterclass on how to cut, serve and plate jamón ibérico, by Italian professional cutter Raffaele Bertolini.

13:00 – 14:00 Preparation and tasting of Spanish tapas made with the Spanish food products on display.

17:00 – 19:00 Distribution of satisfaction questionnaires to exhibitors.

Spanish shop specialized in food products and in particular in tapas and pintxos, based in Milan. On the occasion of the "Spagna Gourmet Milano" event, it will prepare the tapas using the products presented by the exhibiting companies.
