SPAIN FUSION MUNICH 2024

Discover masterpieces of Spanish gastronomy with renowned chefs and experts as well as an excellent selection of the best products.

On 5 May 2024, the Allianz Arena in Munich will be the venue for an unforgettable gastronomic spectacle. As part of the german Chef of the Year event, Spain Fusion offers an immersive platform for Spanish cuisine with the aim of promoting and communicating the Spanish gastronomic offer in Germany.

In a unique setting, we are developing a day dedicated to exciting tastings and seminars with masterclasses on various Spanish gastronomic products and their preparation techniques.

The Masters of Wine Almudena Alberca & Fernando Mora, cheese specialist Clara Diez, extra virgin olive oil specialist Kerstin Barduhn and other German and Spanish experts on Spanish gastronomic products will be among those taking part.

We discover the preparations of Spanish products through the hands of talented master chefs such as JOEL CASTAÑÉ (Rest. La Boscana*, Spain), LUCIA FREITAS (Rest. A Tafona*, Santiago de Compostela, A Coruña), SEBASTIAN FRANK (Rest. Horváth**, Berlin, Germany), JAVI ABASCAL (Rest. La Lola, Seville, Spain), RODRIGO DE LA CALLE (Rest. El Invernadero*, Madrid, Spain), IVAN CERDEÑO (Rest. Ivan Cerdeño**, Toledo, Spain) and FRAN MARTINEZ (Rest. Maralba**, Albacete, Spain).

You can expect a practice-oriented training and exhibition platform where you can discover and taste the products and take part in exciting seminars and masterclasses at the same time.
