Asturian food is taking London by storm this month! Ibérica's Executive Chef, Nacho Manzano's, 2 Michelin-starred restaurant is considered one of the best in Spain and we are delighted to be hosting a 7-day residency, in collaboration with Nacho, at the end of February. It kicks off a great year of celebrations to mark 10 years of Ibérica.
Popular Spanish restaurant Ibérica is celebrating a decade in business, and as part of its anniversary celebration, superchef Nacho Manzano will be bringing the best of his restaurant Casa Marcial to Londoners by offering a spectacular tasting menu. Manzano is Executive Chef at Ibérica, but he will stray from the restaurant’s menu to offer unique Asturian flavors to customers for this special event.
The chef will prepare 12 dishes, all of which will be paired with the best Spanish wines, meticulously chosen by sommeliers. Each dinner will also include an Asturian cider tasting when you arrive at the restaurant, and guests will be able to learn about the special way cider is poured.
Manzano is one of Spain’s top chefs, and Casa Marcial (2 Michelin stars) in Parres is a family business that serves delicious regional flavors through traditional yet surprising dishes. He and his team pride themselves on using local, fresh ingredients from Asturias.
