Join Irish Times wine writer John Wilson for a memorable Spanish Wine Journey at Volpe Nera restaurant, located in the leafy neighbourhood ofof Blackrock, Co. Dublin. Enjoy a glass of Cava on arrival followed by a four-course seasonal menu prepared by head chef Barry Sun and his team featuring delicious Flaggy Shore oysters, Barry's legendary mushroom dumplings and an incredible dry aged venison.  

Wine writer John Wilson will be on hand to guide guests through the five, specially selected Spanish wines for the evening and answer any questions on the wines, the incredible regions that make them and why they really are so special.
