ESDS IRELAND 2024

We're thrilled to announce EAT SPAIN DRINK SPAIN, a vibrant celebration of Spanish gastronomy coming to Ireland! From October 1th to 15th, immerse yourself in the rich flavors and traditions of Spain through a series of exciting events.

A host of Ireland's finest restaurants, retailers, and hospitality venues are joining us to showcase the traditional and modern sides of Spanish cuisine and beverages. Designed for wine and food lovers of all levels, during the week there will be tastings, wine pairing dinners, food and wine tours, and workshops that will bring together like-minded people who want to learn and have some fun while tasting a range of delicious Spanish foods and wines.

Our mission is simple: we want to show a fascinating program to educate, inspire and showcase the impressive variety and diversity of Spanish gastronomy, beverages, and flavours.

This is your chance to discover the diverse flavors of Spain, from iconic offerings such as Rioja and Albariño, Manchego cheese and jamón ibérico, to hidden gems and unique culinary customs that define Spanish culture and meet Spanish food and wine experts.

About the Event

Eat Spain, Drink Spain (ESDS) is the main and biggest event on Spanish beverages and  foods for customers in Ireland. ESDS will see more than 40 selected partner venues throughout Ireland’s main locations participate in the campaign, offering promotions, discounts, and tasting events to sample a variety of regional Spanish specialties with respected industry professionals running activities designed to further excite Irish consumers and trade partners in the quality and diversity of Spanish foods and wines.
