SGM NEW YORK 2024

ICEX/Foods and Wines from Spain and #Alimentos de España are pleased to present  the 30th Anniversary of Spain’s Great Match, organized by Trade Commission of Spain in New York. Spanish flavors take center stage at one of the largest and liveliest celebrations of Spanish wines, spirits and Spain's rich gastronomy heritage in the United States! This action-packed day is devoted to Spanish wine and culinary seminars, regional spotlights, and food-and-wine pairing challenges, and new-to the market products. Educationally rich programming is presented by a team of Master Sommeliers and culinary experts. Seminars include a deep-dive master class into DO Cava’s new Integral Producer Quality Stamp and Guarda Superior category, an in-depth look at DO Navarra, as well as sommelier led mini wine flights featuring wines and cheese from the PDO’s of Castilla y León.

Spain’s Great Match events will be held on October 1st at  Mercado Little Spain– a veritable love letter to Spain, created by José Andrés and the Adrià brothers as an “all-day destination for the very best of Spain’s food, drink, and culture.” Inspired by the food halls and markets of Spain. Mercado Little Spain is located at 10 Hudson Yards in New York City.
