  •  11am - 12pm: Inspired Spanish Breakfast (prepared by chefs Antonio Ortuño and presented by chef Varin Keokitvon)
  •  1pm - 2pm: Discovering Murcia. (prepared by chefs Antonio Ortuño and presented by chef Varin Keokitvon)
  • 1:30 pm – 2:00 pm Jamon Consoricio CJSE (Deli Pavilion, Level 3; Booth 256)
  • 3pm - 4pm: Late Lunch tasting. Learn about EVOO from Spain – influencers and press invited (prepared by chefs Antonio Ortuño and presented by chef Varin Keokitvon)

  •  10:00am – 10:30am Jamon Consoricio CJSE (Deli Pavilion, Level 3; Booth 256)

  •  12:20pm -1:20pm  Sampling delights from RFS certified Restaurants – Influencers, press and professionals invited

  •  Freshly made pan con tomate topped with jamón Ibérico

 Huertas – Chef Jonah Miller

  •  "Basque Dogs" Chistorra and piquillo mostarda and aioli

 - Chistorra Sausage a style of sausage associated with Navarre and the Basque Country: Pimentón (sweet & hot) and Jerez fino

 - Piquillo Mostarda - piquillo peppers, Jerez vinegar (Vinagre de Jerez)

  •  "Anchoa de Santoña con mantequilla ahumada sobre pan de cristal"  (Anchovies from Santoña with smoked butter on crispy bread)
