| Saturday 12th September at The Glasnevin Market at 1pm Olive oil masterclass followed by a seasonal cooking class with Lorraine Fitzmaurice Sarah has teamed up with vegetarian chef and food writer Lorraine Fitzmaurice of Blazing Salads to start a new kind of cookery class experience. Every month Sarah and Lorraine will guide a class through an informal olive oil tasting followed by a demonstration of how to make 3 seasonal salads with those oils. Learn how to eat the seasons, prepare salads that will take you through the week, nourish your family and make lunch boxes and family meals healthy and delicious. Lola Sagra will guide the group through a tasting of her favourite olive oils and Lorraine will teach you how to use them to make simple, seasonal produce taste incredible.
