The theme of the VIP mountaintop event will be Spain, and the elite crowd of invitees will enjoy Spanish food and drink in a luxurious setting.
The Food & Wine Classic in Aspen is officially on, and will run from June 14th to the 16th in Aspen, Colorado. The 37th edition of this event will bring together leading winemakers, chefs, and experts for “unparalleled culinary experiences and cutting-edge brand activations… [as well as a] spectacular epicurean adventure.”
There will be seminars, parties, wine tastings, and culinary demonstrations, among other activities.
At this year’s event, Spain is the only country with its own tent, at which around 23 exhibitor stations will enable food and drink producers to highlight their very best products. The tent will be located in the center of the festival park, and will give attendees the chance to sample a wide variety of high-end food and drink from Spain. Participants not only get to showcase their wares, but they will also be included in the July issue of Food & Wine magazine, the readers of which are mainly affluent consumers. Sixteen Spanish wineries will be at the event, as well as a range of food producers.
Every year, the festival includes a thematic mountain top VIP event, which attracts around 500 elite guests and celebrity chefs, among others. This activity tends to be the highlight of the weekend, and this year, the theme is Spain. As a result, the magazine’s team will “highlight the rich and diverse cultural, artistic and gastronomic offerings of Spain through the food, wine, décor and music.”.
