Sabaté I Coca, Josep Coca Corpinnat Brut Nature 2014 (Organic) is the best sparkling wine of the Perswijn Wine Competition Spain 2021.

Corpinnat was founded to promote "classic sparkling wines made in the heart of the Penedés". The requirements are strict. The wine must be made with organic, hand-harvested grapes, coming entirely from their own domain, so no grape purchase. The wines must be aged in bottle for a minimum of eighteen months. This beautiful wine easily meets that requirement, with its four years of bottle aging. It is made from the four best plots of the domain, planted with xarel.lo and macabeo. Great class!
