Londoners in the know who appreciate quality Spanish food head to Brindisa. An institution on the dining scene, the brand has five restaurants throughout the city: Tapas Brindisa in Battersea, Shoreditch, London Bridge, and Soho, and Casa Brindisa in South Kensington.

The company is very active, offering lots of events like tapas evenings and ham carvings, and it has an online store where it sells everything from Spanish cheese and charcuterie to olive oil and cava.

It has also branched out to sell products under the Brindisa label. Currently it sells two types of Brindisa olive oil: Arbequina and North & South; spicy cooking chorizo; mini cooking chorizo; acorn-fed Ibérico chorizo, salchichón and ham; black pudding with onion; Empeltre black olive pate; hot guindilla peppers; caperberries; pickled garlic cloves; gherkins; and the latest product to join the list is gazpacho. These products are available through its online store and also through Amazon, among other platforms and marketplaces.

Monika Linton is the chairman and product director at Brindisa, and she helped the company establish itself as the primary ambassador for Spanish food when it first opened its doors three decades ago. It has grown immensely, now offering it’s own brand of Spanish food products and leveraging the boom it helped create.
