OAD’s ranking is based on a dining survey in which real consumers participate. The 2019 results were based on more than 200,000 reviews from over 6,000 people who registered. Of all of the ranking systems out there, this is the only one that determines the experience level of those people who share their reviews, i.e. each reviewer is assigned a weight reflecting how many restaurants he or she ate at and where those restaurants rank on the OAD list.
