With the desire to fill an existing gap of good quality products from Spain in Berlin and the self-proclaimed mission to have a positive impact on existing injustice, Ubaldo Valverde and Mar Reines combine their gastronomic concept El Colmado with the concept "eat once - donate a meal" and provide children with meals in cooperation with the NGO Mary's Meals. To do this, they sell tapas and carefully curated quality Spanish goods, such as anchovies, conservas, Ibérico ham and wine, most of which are imported. This is to increase the necessary variety of products to be able to work with the targeted quality of the dishes. A clear sign of the authentic cuisine: many Spaniards in Berlin regularly seek out El Colmado. In the casual flair of the fusion between tapas bar and store, Spanish cultural and product diversity can be lived out here and good things can be done at the same time. The locations are at Alexanderplatz and Kudamm
