An evening of Irish-Spanish fusion with wines with Leslie Williams @ Sol y Sombra
Sol y Sombra is very excited to be the chosen venue for an evening of Irish-Spanish Fusion in conjunction with the All Ireland Tapas & Pintxo Championships and TasteKerry.ie on Monday April 8th.
The team of chefs collaborating to deliver this fabulous 10-course Tapas and Pintxo dining experience are:
Gorka Arrieta (Head Chef of Sua Basque Fusion and Sol y Sombra)
Robert Curley (Slemish Market Supper Club),
Oyvind Boe Dalelv (World Pintxo Champion)
Chad Byrne (Chef Collab)
In addition to the array of exquisite dishes, Leslie Williams, Wine Critic for the Irish Examiner, has carefully chosen and will present 6 Spanish wines to be paired with the dishes presented by this creative team of chefs.
The evening will kick off at 7pm. Tickets are €50 for Tasting Menu & Wines.
