In honour of Spanish Wine Week, The Legal Eagle & John Wilson of The Irish Times are delighted to host an event of quirky Spanish wines paired with a bite sized version of their nose to tail inspired Irish cooking on Thursday 11th April at 6.30 pm.
The wine industry in Spain is moving so fast it’s hard to keep up. We’re taking the opportunity of Spanish Wine Week to highlight a few Spanish regions & styles that may be lesser known but that everyone should be drinking. Some are old favourites, some new, some traditional, some natural, but all are super exciting food wines.
Chef Ian Connolly’s take on Irish food works incredibly well with the innovative wines that we’re showing. It’s a great opportunity to sample some of his signature menu items in smaller tapas sized portions.
The €45 ticket price includes a tasting of 6 unusual Spanish wines paired with 6 Legal Eagle Bites.
