This event will be focused once again on the fusion of Irish and Spanish food culture, with an emphasis on the role of Tapas and Pintxo in Spanish Food Culture. The evening hosted by Chef Robert Curley of Slemish Market Supper Club will include guest panel discussions on these topics facilitated by Chef Chad Byrne. Lots of tips and ideas for hosting your own tapas and pintxo evening while tasting delicious foods and fine wines.
