An amazing wine dinner by talented chef Anthony Holland, inspired by the Atlantic, with a seaweed influence in some dishes of the night.
The evening will begin with a Cava reception at 7:00pm, followed by a 5 course tasting dinner, matching Spanish wines with each course. Wine educator from the Galway Mayo Institute of Technology, Elizabeth Fox, will be presenting each of the wines!
