Liquid Gamonedo pastry and roasted almond oil with orange blossom aroma

Preparation

Bake everything together at 120ºC / 248ºF for 20 minutes, then blend in the Thermomix. Push through a cloth filter to create a roasted almond oil with orange blossom aroma.

Presentation

First arrange a small salad of fresh leaves, then add the pastries and sprinkle with the roasted almond oil.
