The popular Washington, DC restaurant Minibar, run by Spanish super chef José Andrés, is having a top-notch guest visit on December 19th.

Albert Adrià will be participating in a special activity organized by Andrés called Mini Series, Major Chefs. They will be teaming up to offer a spectacular meal available in two seatings. Attendees will enjoy a 20-course tasting menu, along with drink pairings, for $695 per person.

This unique series from Andrés aims to “[foster] a sharing of ideas, techniques, dishes, and of course, camaraderie,” according to forbes.com. An event will be held each quarter, and previous participants include Josean Alija, Ryan Poli and Brad Kilgore.

Adrià is considered one of the best pastry chefs in the world, and he runs several successful restaurants in Spain, among them Tickets, Hoja Santa, Pakta, and Bodega 1900. He ran world-famous elBulli with his brother, Ferran, and recently opened a new locale in London called Cakes & Bubbles.

This isn’t the first or last time Adrià and Andrés are joining forces. They, together with Ferran, have a huge project called Mercado Little Spain slated to open in spring of 2019.
