The Anuga Food Fair is coming up in Cologne, Germany, from October 5th to the 9th. As one of the largest food and beverage trade fairs in the world, visitors and exhibitors will come from across the globe to participate in the 10 shows and 11 trend themes organized as part of this massive fair. There will also be plenty of events and conferences, including the Culinary Stage, Organic Market, Trend Zone, and Start-Up Area.
Dozens of companies from Spain (click the image to download the Spanish Pavilion catalogue) will attend, among them Verdú Cantó Saffron Spain (saffron), Boadas 1880 (wine); Embutidos Subirats, Casademont, and Sucesores de J. Pont S.A. (cold cuts); the Ibeham Project (Iberico ham); Frinsa (canned seafood); Liquats (plant milk); Indulleida (fruit products and juices); Granja Foods 1959 (muffins and cakes); La Barraca 1912 (condiments); Norofood (chips); Conservas Hola (canned vegetables); Ovinos Manchegos (lamb); Frutos Secos El Llano (nuts); Carnicas Dibe (game); and Apisol (honey and marmalade). The will come from every corner of the country and every category imaginable to showcase their products and network with other trade professionals. ICEX will organize the official Spanish pavilion.
In total, Anuga’s expecting more than 7,500 exhibitors and 165,000 visitors from almost 200 countries.
