Majorca sobrasada and Ibérico cheese sandwich


Cut the bread roll into two halves lengthways. Spread the sobrasada over one of the halves. Place the cheese slices on top of the sobrasada. Next, slice the tomato and place it on top of the cheese. Drizzle with Spanish extra virgin olive oil.
