Olive Oil Crispy Bread with Olive Spread
1. Place the flour, eggs, water, butter, oil, wine and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix on medium with a dough hook. Mix an additional 3 minutes after the dough has become smooth. Wrap bowl and place in fridge to rest for 2 hours.
2. Place dough on a well-floured surface. Roll out as this as possible using plenty of flour to prevent sticking. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and roll them in with the rolling pin.
3. Place the dough on parchment paper and use a pizza cutter or a knife to cut the dough into triangles. Place another sheet of parchment paper on top and put the dough between 2 baking sheets. Bake at 190˚C for 15 minutes.
4. To make the olive spread combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
