Preserved artichokes hearts with anchovies and lemon


Take 4 artichokes hearts, cut them in half and place on a wide dish. Lay an anchovy on top of each piece of artichoke and drizzle with Spanish extra olive oil. Finish with a few drops of lemon juice (No additional salt is necessary because of the salt in the anchovies).
