Ghana is an interesting market, with wine consumption increasing notably between 2009 and 2012. Wine imports doubled as a result. As for the market there, demand for quality bottled wine among people with medium-high incomes is on the rise, and has been for the last few years. This fair aims to cater to this growing interest in DO wines. There is also considerable interest in sparkling wines, which is a market with good potential in the future.
