Tapas are coming to Kuala Lumpur! Local diners will be pleased to hear about the upcoming opening of Tapas Club, which is slated to open for business on July 21st at the Pavilion Shopping Mall. This is the chain’s third outpost in the region, as it already operates in Singapore and Indonesia.
The Tapas Club locals are designed by the Madrid in Love studio, and this new location will span 300 square meters. It will include a shop where customers can purchase a wide range of products from Spain, such as charcuterie, olive oil, Padron peppers, wine, etc.).
Menu highlights include Spanish omelet, patatas bravas, mushroom croquettes, a charcuterie plate, grilled Iberico pork, Iberico ham, grilled octopus, cachopo, squid stuffed with chorizo, salmon tartare, suckling pig, baby sardines, beef cheek with piquillo peppers, paella and fideuà.
Said a representative of the brand, “The presence of a Spanish chef, trained in our kitchens, in each of our Tapas Club restaurants ensures that the food will be of the same quality and be served the same in each restaurant,” according to alimarket.es. The overall goal is to provide a casual but authentic Spanish dining experience.
The group has plans to expand further, with a fourth outpost opening next summer in Singapore.
