Tapas Revolution Celebrates 10-Year Anniversary in the UK
Popular UK-based Spanish restaurant Tapas Revolution is celebrating its 10th anniversary in style with an exciting “The Best of 10!” menu. Customers can enjoy their best-selling tapas at a special price, starting at £10.
This menu includes classics like ham croquettes, meatballs, Spanish omelet, patatas bravas (fried potato squares in a spicy sauce), and Ibérico pork shank in sauce.
The Tapas Revolution chain is the brainchild of chef Omar Allibhoy, who opened the first locale in the UK back in 2010 in Westfield London. It was such a hit, especially among prestigious food critics, that he expanded his empire to include another seven restaurants over the years. Allibhoy is also featured frequently on cooking shows on TV, including This Morning, The One Show and Sunday Brunch.
Says Omar, in feast-magazine.co.uk, “We are incredibly excited to announce and celebrate our 10th year anniversary and what better way to do that than by paying homage to some of our most favorite dishes. Through our ‘Best of 10!’ menu we aim to showcase some of the best dishes that Spain has to offer to a wider audience. They’re the dishes that we love cooking the most, and that our customers love to eat the most, so it’s great to bring them all together for this celebratory menu.”
Tapas Revolution is inspired by the bars and restaurants in Madrid and aims to provide authentic food that makes diners feel like they’re in the Spanish capital.
