Barbanza e Iria VdT

In the provinces of La Coruña and Pontevedra, in the area of  Ribera de la Ría de Arosa (Catoira, Valga, Puentecesures, Padrón, Dodro, Rianjo, Boiro, A Pobra, Riveira, Puerto del Son and Lousame).

Alcohol content (% vol.): Single-Varietal wines (minimum 85% of one single variety) min 11% vol. Rest 10% vol.

Red grapes approved: Brancellao, Caíño Tinto, Espadeiro, Loureiro Tinto, Mencía and Sousón.

White grapes approved: Albariño, Caíño Blanco, Godello, Loureira (Loureiro Blanco or Marqués), Treixadura, Albarín Blanco (or Branco lexítimo), Chenín Blanco (or Agudelo) and Torrontés.

Maximum crop: 10,000 kg/ha (white) and 8,000 kg/ha (red).

Yield (100kg): 67 hl (white) and 53,60 hl (red)
