Codorníu Cava Escape

Cava giant Codorníu has created Spain’s first Cava Escape, a singular wine-tourism experience that guests can enjoy deep within the tunnels and cellars found under this historic Spanish winery.

Up to twelve people can participate in this fun adventure, which will take place more than twenty meters underground, as guests try to find the keys hidden by Manuel Raventós in the early twentieth century – keys that will open a treasure chest of incomparable value.

A combination of an Escape Room and a treasure hunt, this singular activity asks participants to solve a mystery in the depths of the winery, journeying to the past of this historic winery, which was designed by famed Catalan architect Puig i Cadafalch – who was commissioned for this project by Manuel Raventós in 1895.

The treasure hunt will take place in some of the more than thirty-meters of underground tunnels located below the winery.
