A Spanish fine-dining restaurant that can be found within a colonial era compound called Tai Kwun, which is located in the Central district of Hong Kong Island. The restaurant offers not the typical Spanish tapas, but both traditional and creative dishes that are inspired by the historical iberian cuisine, which has the influences from different mediterranean civilizations (e.g. Phoenicians, Romans, Moors etc.) .

The head chef is Antonio Oviedo, who is also the chef of 22 Ships (another Spanish restaurant of the JIA Group)
