Rick May, owner and chef of restaurant FRIS in Haarlem and his partner Anja Lakeman, are behind the concept of Restaurant Bodega. Rick likes to cook with products from all over the world, including Spanish. His croissant filled with duck liver, Spanish Ibérico ham, Savora mustard and fig sorbet is one of the classics that many guests return for. Anja Lakeman is not only a hostess and sommelier, but also ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
