Leku at Rubell museum- is-operated by an impressive international group of veteran restaurant and hospitality professionals who understand the level of excellence needed to run a successful fine-dining establishment. The management group includes Jeffrey Chodorow of China Grill Management, Alejandro Muguerza of Le Basque Catering in Miami; Andreas Schreiner of Schreiner Hospitality; Terry Zarikian of the New York and South Beach Wine & Food Festivals, and Mikel Goikolea, formerly of Azurmendi Prêt à Porter. An impressive "Basque grill" is  the centerpiece for the outdoor area where wood fired items are prepared under the careful supervision of LEKU’s World’s 50 Best famed executive chef Carlos Garcia. The design aesthetic for LEKU was conceptualized by Alejandro Muguerza and has been carefully curated to complement the Rubell Museum, while adding some original whimsical elements of surprise.
