The 24rd edition of Madrid Fusión Alimentos de España is around the corner. This world-famous conference, entitled “The customer takes the lead” this year, was held from January 26th to the 28th. 23 chefs/restaurant staff from certified Restaurants from Spain and Colmados from Spain located across different countries will attend the event. This chef mission is part of Food & Wines from Spain #SpainFoodNation campaign and Alimentos de España.
Chefs and other food industry professionals (and non-professionals) from around the world will descend on the Spanish capital for a busy three days of cooking demos, presentations, awards, exhibitions, knowledge sharing, and much more. Some of the top chefs slated to speak include Dabiz Muñoz, Ferran Adriá, Yoshihiro Narisawa, Jordi Roca, Katsuhito Inoue, Angel León, Quique Dacosta, Oriol Castro, Rubén Zubiri and more.
Madrid Fusión has also consolidated spaces that are already part of its identity, such as Dreams#spainfoodtechnation Pastry and The Wine Edition Wines from Spain. These three stages have broadened the gastronomic narrative and reinforced the congress's commitment to innovation and the transmission of knowledge in fields such as science, technology, viticulture, and business.

These professionals will visit the different areas around which the fair is structured, including The Wine Edition, Dreams or Pastry.
